Shene Hill, DPT

Shene is a board certified, sports residency trained Sports Physical Therapist with over 10 years’ experience in sports performance and personal training. She has a passion for helping runners, athletes andfitness enthusiasts return to their peak performance. She has been a part of 4 division one universities as an athlete, a coach and a medical provider. She utilizes her physical therapy, track coaching and personal training skills to assess strength, mobility, and flexibility imbalances to help athletes and health-conscious professionals move better to perform better. She loves helping athletes return to sport following major injuries and surgeries.

Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and young son, running, lifting weights, playing sand volleyball and horseback riding.
