Uncover Our History Welcome to Samaritan Albany General Hospital Providing care to area residents since 1924, Samaritan Albany General Hospital is a 79-bed acute care facility and health center providing medical services to the greater Albany, Oregon, area. The hospital and other Albany-based clinics offer a wide variety of medical services, including diagnostic imaging, orthopedic and joint replacement, wound care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, palliative and hospice care, pediatrics and many more. Samaritan Albany General Hospital is the first Samaritan-affiliated hospital to be awarded five out of five stars by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for quality care. Based in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley, we are a part of Samaritan Health Services, an award-winning network of hospitals, physician clinics, health plans, health and fitness centers and a hospice house primarily serving Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.
