I didn't feel heard. I know my body. I know something isn't okay with it. And nobody wants to figure out my issue. They just want me to listen and do as I'm told because I'm young.

Felt heard, my issue was benign but could not be handled by my clinician so they referred me to a gyn.

I just now recommended Karla to 2 co-workers. I dont think Ive ever had such a thorough office visit...and taking of my history.

I was nervous getting a new gynecologist, but she was so caring and helpful. 10/10!!

My provider was non-judgmental and used gender-neutral language when referring to partners and discussing monogamy vs. Non-monogamous relationship arrangements. I felt like I could be honest with her about my relationships, as a queer person, and that felt good.

I felt both comfortable & respected by the physician's approach & by her responses to my concerns & opinions. She afforded dignity despite my vulnerability & was professional yet gentle in carrying out the procedure.

When considering birth control option Karla was well informed and able to answer all my questions.

I came in for an annual exam but needed extra attention for a new serious problem. She spent lots of extra time with me, explained what needed to happen next, and made sure I was able to get my next appointment scheduled. She was wonderful to put me to ease with this new development.
