Dr. Phillips provides non-surgical treatment for muscle, joint and bone issues and sports injuries. He enjoys working with all type of patients, from youth and collegiate athletes to weekend warriors and Baby Boomers.

He is one of the team physicians for Oregon State University Athletics. He also has spent time covering athletic events, such as the Boston Marathon, Marine Corps Marathon, Raleigh Ironman and multiple NCAA championships.

He utilizes a range of advanced techniques in addition to traditional primary care sports medicine modalities. He employs ultrasound, a non-invasive method, to evaluate and diagnose injuries. Furthermore, he provides traditional joint injections as well as innovative interventions that can facilitate faster, less painful recovery compared to typical surgical techniques. These include platelet-rich plasma, viscosupplementation, hydrodissection and needle tenotomy. He also conducts compartment syndrome testing and neurocognitive concussion testing.

In his free time, Dr. Phillips enjoys running, spending time outdoors and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and kids.
