I have always been listened to by anyone I have ever seen during my visits. I always leave with my questions answered and a game plan for anything else that may have come up during the appointment.

With the issues I was having with my gut I would think she would have recommended more I can do with my diet in the mean time to feel better. Maybe mention prebiotics or probiotics.

They Doctor and P.A spent time discussing all option and thoughts with me , allowing me to also decided the best course of treatment for me . Been along time since a doctor has talked to / with me !!! I enjoyed the experience immensely..

Lawley allowed for some extra time to accommodate my unscheduled concerns.

It was my first time seeing her so I was kind of nervous to explain my life story over again, especially since I had been with my previous provider for about 7 or 8 years and she was amazing, so it's hard to transition when you're so comfortable. But she was very nice and we went over my entire history and talked about past and current issues and if I had any other issues going on and she was patient and just took her time with me, I appreciate that and didn't feel rushed. Sometimes it seems like an assembly line when going to doctors' office visits and they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible and not listen to you, but I didn't feel like that. So I'm really happy about that and I'm glad that it worked out with her :).

I really appreciated my interactions with Rachael. She was personable, caring and professional. I felt listened to, cared for as a person, had questions answered, medication issues resolved, and left feeling like I was in great hands. I wish I had chosen her to begin with and am grateful how things worked out. I got the referrals I needed and appointments scheduled for future care and follow-ups. Rachael was GREAT!!!
