A primary care provider is an important part of your health care team. A primary care provider helps manage your overall health, treats chronic conditions and initiates referrals to specialists as needed. Samaritan offers a number of locations where you can receive high-quality, same-day care that is fast, convenient and affordable.
Sam Care Express offers same-day treatment, by appointment, for minor illnesses and injuries.
Samaritan Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinics are for acute medical conditions that require immediate attention but are not considered life-threatening or severe enough for a hospital’s emergency department. Urgent Care clinics have X-ray and lab services for broken bones, blood draws and other pressing health concerns.
Emergency Departments located at each of Samaritan’s five hospitals in Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Lincoln City and Newport are for patients with serious illnesses or injuries that may be life-threatening. As always, if you experience a medical emergency, call 911.
