Our multidisciplinary team addresses a variety of complex patient needs in one location, with patients frequently identified through a specialized intake process.

The clinic focuses on people who have a combination of substance use disorders, serious persistent mental illnesses and medical complexities. We collaborate with Samaritan’s emergency departments receiving referrals for those who may benefit from our services, knowing that many of these individuals’ physical symptoms are complicated by underlying mental health issues.

By seeing patients at our outpatient clinic, we can provide necessary care earlier, reducing dependence on the emergency department for care and improving overall health outcomes of our patients.
