Samaritan Welcomes Chanida Wilson, ANP August 9, 2023 Chanida Wilson, ANP, has joined Samaritan Occupational Medicine. She serves the health and safety needs of businesses in Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties. She has special interest in exercise. After working as a nurse, she became passionate about providing a higher level of care as an adult and gerontology acute care nurse practitioner so she could do more for her patients. “I was inspired by the clinicians I had the opportunity to work with,” Wilson said. She also learned from her patients. “I worked with many critically ill patients. They taught me that our lives and time are so precious,” she said. “We should live life to the fullest and without regrets.” Wilson values family and good health. She is married and has a stepdaughter. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, reading books, watching movies and being a foodie.
