Our Services At Samaritan Occupational Medicine, we offer a full service occupational medicine department for your company. We have a friendly and knowledgeable staff who can help your business gain control over work-related injuries and answer questions about OSHA and Worker’s Compensation requirements. Our clinic also provides immigration medical examinations, in addition to supporting the Samaritan Drug‑Free Transportation Consortium (DFTC), which provides DOT drug and alcohol testing, random testing management and compliance support. Samaritan DFTC members can complete their required DOT testing at this clinic at no cost, helping keep compliance simple and efficient. Occupational Medicine Drug Free Transportation Consortium Immigration Medical Examinations Our Albany clinic offers USCIS immigration medical exams with a designated USCIS civil surgeon. Appointments are required. Frequently Asked Questions What should I bring to my appointment? Please bring all of your immunization records to your appointment. How long will it take to get my completed documents? The time needed to complete your Form I-693 depends on whether you need any required immunizations or testing. Samaritan can have most test results available within two days. Your completed documents can be provided once all required immunizations, testing and other exam requirements have been completed. Are appointments required, or can I walk in? Appointments are required. Immigration medical exams are not available on a walk-in basis. Can the immigration medical exam be billed to my insurance? The immigration medical exam itself is not billable to insurance. Immunizations and testing may often be billed to insurance, depending on your coverage. Interpreter services are also not billable to insurance for the immigration medical exam. If your immunization records are in another language, they must be officially translated. This may add time and cost to your visit.
