Ingredients 3 cups fresh blueberries, steamed and rinsed. 2 tablespoons raw honey. 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest (grate zest from lemon before juicing). 1/3 cup water. Directions Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the blueberries onto the parchment paper andseparate as much as possible. Place blueberries into the freezer overnight or for atleast 4 hours. Put frozen blueberries, honey, lemon juice, lemon zestand water into a food processor. Process the mixture until the blueberries becomecrumbly, pressing down the mixture with a spatulaas needed. Continue to process until the mixture becomes smooth.
