Welcome to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital Medical Clinic — Sweet Home

Samaritan’s Medical Clinic – Sweet Home is an outpatient clinic licensed under Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. We are required by the federal government to include references to both entities in the name. The clinic is located inside the Sweet Home Medical Center and is not a hospital.

We’re a full-service clinic offering a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, including childhood immunizations and obstetrical care.

Our doctors are trained in a variety of medical specialties, so we’re able — and happy — to care for you and your family through all stages of life — from childhood through your senior years.

Our clinic also offers medication management services and behavioral health consultants, who can partner with you and your health care team to help you reach your health goals.
