These issues are common among cancer survivors and often go underserved. In this one-day retreat, participants will have the opportunity to connect with Jessica Bell, PA-C, a sexual medicine specialist at Samaritan Health Services. The retreat will focus on education, community and empowerment. Susan Giglio, DPT, a pelvic floor physical therapist at Samaritan, will lead gentle yoga sessions designed to help participants practice these movements on their own. To close the day, Lisa-Paula da Silva, LCSW, an oncology social worker at Samaritan, will explore the mind-body connection and offer insights on how to reconnect with your body. The retreat will cover topics such as anatomy, sexual health and mindfulness-based practices, all within a supportive and welcoming space. Participants will leave with practical tools to support their well-being and enhance their journey toward healing. This workshop is meant for female-identifying cancer survivors.
