Cancer Survivorship Series

The cancer survivorship series is a free, in-person, 6-week course designed for cancer survivors to learn about a variety of survivorship topics in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each weekly session will be led by members of our multidisciplinary care team.

All course dates:

Week 1, April 16: Group introduction.
Week 2, April 23: Managing stress, anxiety and fear.
Week 3, April 30: Culinary medicine cooking class.
Week 4, May 7: Healing through art.
Week 5, May 24: Body changes – lymphedema, breathwork and movement.
Week 6, May 21: Journeying forward.

We encourage participants attend all sessions as consistently as possible.
