DESCRIPTION:Designed for cancer survivors\, this is an opportunity to learn\, connect and grow with guidance from Samaritan’s multidisciplinary care team. Sessions offer an uplifting evening with learning\, connection and support — where attendees leave with supportive tools. \nWeek 1\, March 30: Intro to survivorship breathwork and chair yoga\nWeek 2\, April 6: Managing overwhelm\nWeek 3\, April 13: Completing the stress response\nWeek 4\, April 20: Living authentically you\nWeek 5\, April 27: Healing through art\nWeek 6\, May 4: Wrap up and culinary medicine \nWe encourage participants attend all sessions as consistently as possible. \nFor more information\, contact the Samaritan Cancer Resource Center at 541-768-2171 or CancerResourceCenter@samhealth.org. \nSessions with take place at the Pastega Regional Cancer Center (conference rooms\, ground floor).
