Hiroko Poceski, ANP

Hiroko is an advance practice nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric medicine. She is part of a dedicated team of providers that sees patients living in care facilities, including veterans, people recovering from serious illness or injury, those with memory conditions and people without family to look after them.

She began her medical career as a nurse, then she decided to continue her education and specialize in geriatrics to work with elderly patients. Her approach to care is to be polite and to treat everyone with respect.

In her free time, Hiroko enjoys reading, knitting, drinking coffee and taking her dog out.
