Ingredients 2 medium turnips, diced. 1 medium sweet potato, diced. 1 apple, peeled and diced. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Directions Place vegetables, apple and cranberries onto a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
