Diagnostic Images & Results Are Now Available in MyChart

Patients can now see their diagnostic images and reports in MyChart as soon as results are complete and read by the radiologist. This could be as soon as the same day or up to five business days after a completed appointment. This includes any imaging done at a Samaritan hospital including X-rays, ultrasounds and more.

Insurance & Billing

Before your visit, be sure to check with your insurance provider to find out which imaging procedures your plan covers. Depending on your provider and the procedure, you may need to allow time for payment pre-authorization.

Please bring a current insurance card to every appointment and be prepared to submit any copayment during your visit. If you have billing or insurance questions, need to make payment arrangements or for information on financial assistance, call 800-640-5339.
