Bio:

Prior to joining Samaritan, Sara led a National award winning Healthy Heart Team in Central Oregon for 15 years on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. She became the clinical nutrition manager at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in 2010 and continues to educate the community, students and professional staff on nutrition in her current role. She works to increase the recognition and respect for the role of nutrition therapy by dietitians in improving patient care, costs and outcomes.
