He was very kind and explained in detail possible concerns, and what he would be looking for, and treatment after that in regards to my exam. We talked about what I could do to improve my health in that area. All the while he was very kind and gentle in his words and exam.

He seems to be a good doctor, and listens to me when I tell him what's going on.

I have not been impressed with Dr. Shindell in the past but, the last two visits have been different. He actually listened and included me in the discussion an decision and seemed to care. I have hope. Was looking for a new primary care doctor but now will continue and see if it lasts. Don't have many medical issues at this time so nice that he cares.

He was respectful of my autonomy and right to choose my preferred path of care. I greatly appreciated his willingness to give me any and all information I needed regarding the covid vaccine and I could tell that he didn't agree with my hesitation but was respectful of my feelings. He stands alone as the most compelling advocate for the vaccine thus far for me personally and it's in large part because he wasn't patronizing, rude, or self righteous. Because of his attitude towards me regarding the covid vaccine I think I'll be more trusting and willing to factor in his input on other issues in the future.
