I absolutely love Dr. Ryan. He was the only one that saw how much pain I was in, and despite my age at the time, he still replaced my entire knee. Ten years later my replacement is still in good condition and now we will be preparing for the other knee to be replaced. He is an amazing doctor. I recommend him to anyone who has bad knees.

Dr. Ryan is incredibly good. I researched him in 2017 before my first visit with him and was (am) very impressed with his credentials, publications and experience - and he is young! I was worried when his heart problems took him out of service for a time - I hope to keep him as my knee/hip ortho for life. I am always glad to see him and he always acts as if I'm the most important patient in his practice.

Dr. Ryan has a great reputation for his surgical skills, but his office demeanor and approach is excellent as well. I got a very thorough discussion of what was causing the pain in my hip. Our treatment plan was outlined and he remain for any or all questions. I don't know that I have ever done this, but before your survey came in, I was going to write him directly and tell him what I am stating now in this survey.

Dr. Ryan seemed a bit distant and legal. I understand that I need to make the decision to have surgery, but decisions are easier with a friendly face.

As a patient of Dr. Ryan's, I Thank Him for Saving MY Life!!!! 2015 he suggested/recommended a colonoscopy as part of pre-op. I was diagnosed with rectal cancer. In 2020, he saw a spot on my forearm that he thought should be looked at=skin cancer. These all happened because of his attentiveness to his patients. He is extremely knowledge without an ego attitude, but when he is right, he is right, which can bother other practitioners...

This surgeon is very honest, even if the bad news is hard to take. I would rather know the full truth than to have it downplayed.
