Dr. Laaunce is a compassionate and excellent practitioner. She is a good listener, a good explainer, and always involves me in decisions about my care and respects my view of how to proceed.

Dr. Has always provided me with compassionate care, listens to and allays my concerns with good information and choices.

She was the first one to explain the nervous system connection between urination and bowel movement better than OHSU and Urology previous appointments.

Doctor and her staff have always been attentive (scoring 5s across the board) both during this visit and in all prior visits.

I'm more than satisfied that I will have the care and understanding I need, both in terms of the doctor, and any contacts with the nursing assistant. I was made to feel welcome, concerned about and encouraged to make any contact that I deemed necessary. One can't ask for a better start with a new system, and mist especially with a new primary care provider.
