Victoria is the only individual in the entire system who has taken responsibility for tracking all of the many parts to my care. There are so many good people doing good work but only Victoria connects them all and gets me balanced care. Her commitment is tireless. It is shocking how many mistakes have been made in the overlap between specialties. Thank God Victoria is on this. I would recommend training all primary care providers on her model.
