The Shining Star Award program is a great way to recognize employees who consistently demonstrate Samaritan’s PRIDE values of passion, respect, integrity, dedication and excellence.
You may nominate any employee at any Samaritan location. Everyone who is nominated will receive a Shining Star Award and be eligible to win an Ignite Award, which is an overall system-wide award to recognize outstanding employees. Ignite Award recipients will be selected by the Employee Engagement Committee at the end of each quarter.
