Track Your Prescription Status With Text Alerts

Staying on top of your meds just got a whole lot easier. Samaritan Pharmacy offers convenient prescription status alerts right at your fingertips, with text alerts.

Already a Samaritan Pharmacy user? Signing up for text alerts is easy.

Sign up With MyChart

  • After logging in, go to Your Menu, scroll to Account Settings and select Communication Preferences. Then, expand the Health section and toggle the Text Message option. Don’t forget to save your changes.
  • You can further customize notifications in the Advanced Settings within the Health section.
  • If you haven’t opted in for text messaging with other MyChart services, additional prompts will appear.

Sign up at Any Samaritan Pharmacy Location

  • Ask a pharmacy staff member to sign you up for text messaging (MyChart account required).

Not Using Samaritan Pharmacy or Don’t Have MyChart? — No Worries

  • Switching to a Samaritan Pharmacy is simple! Find your preferred location, then stop in or call and a pharmacy team member will be happy to help.
  • If don’t have a MyChart account and want text alerts, signing up is easy! Follow the prompts online or talk with your provider at your next appointment.
