Samaritan Welcomes Pediatrician Whitney Horsley, MD October 21, 2020 Mid-Valley Children’s Clinic is pleased to welcome Pediatrician Whitney Horsley, MD. She provides a full range of health care to children from birth through age 18. Dr. Horsley earned a bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed residency training at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She went into medicine because she wants to help people live life to the fullest and navigate through difficult times. She was drawn to pediatrics. “I want to help children grow to be healthy and the best version of themselves,” she said. She chose to practice in Albany because of the beautiful community and the warm welcome by Samaritan employees. Dr. Horsley values honesty, determination and kindness. “I try to live out these values in both my personal and professional life,” she said. Dr. Horsley is an avid reader.
