New Nurse Practitioner Joins Samaritan in Lebanon February 12, 2019 Play Video Samaritan Lebanon Health Center – Family Medicine is pleased to welcome Nurse Practitioner Anna Jacobi. Jacobi earned a bachelor’s degree from Grand View University, followed by a master’s degree in nursing from Clarkson College. She worked as a hospital nurse for eight years before becoming a nurse practitioner. “I always knew I wanted to take on the challenge and responsibility of becoming a nurse practitioner,” Jacobi said. “I love providing patient education and I’m passionate about helping adults reduce their risk of developing chronic disease in order to live a long, healthy life.” After working with hospital patients at the start of her career, Jacobi is excited now to build relationships with patients through her clinical practice.
