When you are facing a cancer diagnosis, a visit to medical oncology is the first step in your treatment.
Medical oncologists diagnose, evaluate and treat all types of cancer and blood disorders. They educate patients about their illness and the treatments options, explain the details of infusion services and provide supportive care. They also may coordinate treatment given by other specialists.
Our providers use their extensive expertise, as well as national standards of practice, to design treatment plans that are unique to you.
Hematology & oncology clinics are available through Samaritan Cancer Program in all of our communities.
