SamCare Mobile Medicine Clinic – Corvallis Fall Festival

SamCare Mobile Medicine sees community members for basic health care such as:

• Routine health checks.
• Illnesses such as sinus issues, colds, infections and earaches.
• Minor cuts and burns.
• Vaccinations.

Care is first come, first serve. No appointment necessary.

Bring your insurance card, if possible. Insurance will be billed if the patient has insurance. If the patient does not have insurance and does not qualify for OHP, Samaritan can help make financial arrangements. As a nonprofit, Samaritan Health Services treats patients regardless of their ability to pay.
