Samaritan Scramble

Proceeds from the Samaritan Scramble golf tournament will benefit the Patient Support Fund through the five Samaritan foundations:

• Albany General Hospital Foundation.
• Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation.
• Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation.
• North Lincoln Hospital Foundation.
• Pacific Communities Health District Foundation.

Event Information

Registration is from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m.
Breakfast bags will be provided.
Scramble starts at 8 a.m.
Awards BBQ will be held at 2:30 p.m.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum Sponsor: $15,000

All benefits of below sponsorship levels, plus:
• Company name or logo on each golf cart, platinum exclusive.

Gold Sponsor: $10,000

All benefits of below sponsorship levels, plus:
• Awards BBQ sponsorship with company logo displayed at banquet table, gold exclusive.
• Company name or logo recognition on event website and in golf program.

Silver Sponsor: $5,000

All benefits of below sponsorship levels, plus:
• Breakfast bags with company name or logo displayed on bag, silver exclusive.

Tournament Sponsor: $2,500

• Company name recognition in golf program.
• Company name listed on event website.
• One tee or green sponsorship, including company logo on sponsor sign.
• One team entry (four players).
