DESCRIPTION:Proceeds will benefit the Samaritan Foundations Patient Support Program\, which serves patients across Benton\, Lincoln and Linn Counties. \nMore about the Patient Support Program \nWho This Serves:  In our communities\, many of our neighbors\, friends and loved ones face challenges in getting the help they need to stay healthy. \nWhat:  Samaritan’s Patient Support Program changes lives by providing financial support during tough times to help patients heal and live healthier lives. \nWhere: Hospitals and clinics throughout Samaritan’s tri-county region of Benton\, Lincoln and Linn counties. \nWhy: The Patient Support Program promotes equal access to health care. \n\nMore than $47\,000 in support was distributed in Benton\, Lincoln and Linn counties in 2025.\nMore than 400 community members are being assisted with expenses\, such as medical bills\, transportation\, prescriptions\, nutritional supplements and groceries.\n\nEvent Information\n\nRegistration is from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m.\nBreakfast buffet.\nScramble starts at 8 a.m.\nAwards BBQ will be held at 2:30 p.m.\n\nSponsorship Opportunities\nPlatinum Sponsor: $15\,000\nAll benefits of below sponsorship levels\, plus: \n\nCompany name or logo on each golf cart\, platinum exclusive.\n\nGold Sponsor: $10\,000\nAll benefits of below sponsorship levels\, plus: \n\nAwards BBQ sponsorship with company logo displayed at banquet table\, gold exclusive.\nCompany name or logo recognition on event website and in golf program.\n\nSilver Sponsor: $5\,000\nAll benefits of below sponsorship levels\, plus: \n\nCompany name or logo displayed at breakfast buffet and on to-go bags\, silver exclusive.\n\nTournament Sponsor: $2\,500\n\nCompany name recognition in golf program.\nCompany name listed on event website.\nSign with company name and logo at one tee or green.\nOne team entry (four players).\nOpportunity to participate with a table at the tournament interacting with golfers and sharing about your business.\n\nThis event benefits the Regional Patient Support Fund at the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation\, a qualified 501(c)(3) organization.
