Free Sports Physical Clinic

Join us for a free sports physical clinic to ensure your child is ready for upcoming activities such as sports and/or summer camp. This walk-in clinic is open to the community and led by our dedicated primary care clinicians. Children and youth must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Participants are asked to have their physical exam forms printed and filled out ahead of time.
