DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free sports physical clinic to ensure your child is ready for upcoming activities such as sports and/or summer camp. This walk-in clinic is open to the community and led by our dedicated primary care clinicians. Children and youth must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
