Bringing Baby Home

Designed for pregnant and new parents, the Bringing Baby Home program is a two-day workshop that provides skills and information to help you navigate the normal stressors of becoming a family.

Program dates: June 7 and June 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The program teaches new parents how to:

  • Build and strengthen friendship in their relationship.
  • Manage conflict effectively.
  • Involve each parent or caregiver in infant care and parenting.
  • Enhance the quality of parent-infant interactions.
  • Understand the psychological and emotional needs of their child.

Class size is limited, and preregistration is required. The program is billed through insurance, a self-pay option is available. Parent workbooks and materials are included.
