DESCRIPTION:Designed for pregnant and new parents\, the Bringing Baby Home program is a two-day workshop that provides skills and information to help you navigate the normal stressors of becoming a family. \nProgram dates: June 7 and June 14\, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. \nThe program teaches new parents how to: \n\nBuild and strengthen friendship in their relationship.\nManage conflict effectively.\nInvolve each parent or caregiver in infant care and parenting.\nEnhance the quality of parent-infant interactions.\nUnderstand the psychological and emotional needs of their child.\n\nClass size is limited\, and preregistration is required. The program is billed through insurance\, a self-pay option is available. Parent workbooks and materials are included. \nTo Register: Inform your provider or contact the front desk at your Samaritan clinic.
