I've always had a good experience with Dr Rose Miller. Her husband Is Dr Miller, also, and he also works for Samaritan so I need to always state her first name.My hubby called her Dr Rose once. Just once. He also called her Doc once, just once. She very gently yet firmly said it was Dr Miller. She is a wonderful, caring lady.

Dr.R.C. Miller is always informative of what is happening and how things can be improved in your health needs. It's like visiting an old friend with a medical degree.

Dr Miller explained each topic thoroughly and without "talking down " to me as a non-clinician. She understands that the patient should be the decision maker, not the clinician and offers choices, not commands.

Dr. Miller listened my description of pain in my elbow. She asked many clarifying questions to determine the actual nature of the pain. She gave me some home physical therapy exercises plus an arm velcro band. It was time for a PAP smear. Dr. Miller explained each step, implement to be used, and what to expect for sensation.

Dr. Rose Miller explained my results and all my options in a way that made sense to me. I felt I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding my options
