Despite numerous attempts to contact over a period of over a month, she never returned my inquiries. When I visited her last Thursday to renew two prescriptions I confronted her with this. First she said, "It's a shame your insurance won't cover the cost of the brace." I asked her why, after so many attempts to reach her she never returned my calls or emails to tell me this. She replied, "That's on me, I'm sorry." Now, after she failed to renew one of my prescriptions an Samaritan refused an examination she ordered because they didn't have the proper documentation that I should contact my physician, WHICH I HAVE, she once again doesn't respond.
