Resident Salaries for Academic Year 2026-2027

Salaries for residents throughout the Samaritan Health Services are on par with the median salary of the west coast residency programs. The salary schedule listed below does not include medical, dental, liability, life insurance or other additional paid benefits.

  • Reimbursement of annual Oregon limited medical license
  • Internal Medicine In-Training Examination fee paid
  • State of Oregon Limited License fee paid in full
