Make Your Next Visit Easier With MyChart

Before You Arrive

With MyChart, you can often complete your pre-registration before you arrive. By turning on text and/or email notifications, setting up online bill pay and completing online check-in such as verifying insurance and completing paperwork, you will get a notification that says “I’m Here” 30 minutes before your appointment. Simply select I’m Here to let staff know you are on your way and then confirm your arrival at the front desk.

If you prefer not to do online check-in and receive paperwork in the mail before your office visit, please fill it out before you arrive for your appointment.

We Know Your Time is Valuable

If you’ve fully completed online check-in through MyChart, you simply need to let the front desk know you have arrived.

If you have not completed online check-in, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and have the following items ready.

Need to Reschedule, Cancel or Be Seen Sooner?

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that the time can be made available to someone else.

If you’d like to be alerted if an earlier appointment becomes available, you can join a wait list through MyChart. You just open your upcoming appointment, look for the option to opt-in to be seen earlier and then if an earlier appointment becomes available, you will receive an text or email notification. To increase your chances of seeing an offer, make sure you have your MyChart Communication Preferences set to receive notification by text message (recommended) and/or email.
