Dr. Sessions is a foot and ankle specialist. He offers expertise in rearfoot and forefoot reconstruction and trauma, arthroscopy, sports injuries, limb salvage, ortho-plastic surgery, and nerve-related pathology. Dr. Sessions has a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, which enriches his perspective as he works with patients with complex issues. He is actively working on new methods and devices to improve medicine. He is passionate about his work in part because of his experience as a patient. After suffering a sports injury to his Achilles tendons in high school, he needed surgery and months of recovery to walk again. Because of this, he offers understanding and hope to patients. Dr. Sessions coaches and plays soccer. He also enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, backpacking, river rafting, woodworking and spending time with family.
