Dr. Bounama is dedicated to providing primary care for adults with an emphasis on preventive health. Her clinical expertise and interests include women’s health, mental health, care for the unhoused, trauma-informed care and gender-affirming care. As a rural health provider, she is deeply committed to improving access to care and uses a collaborative approach to empower her patients in making informed, healthy choices. Drawing on her training as an osteopathic physician, she offers evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Outside of work, Dr. Bounama enjoys hiking, nature photography and spending quality time with her husband and their two cats.
