This six-week course is designed to address specific challenges of the caregiving role in a supportive and fun group setting. Samaritan Evergreen Hospice has partnered with Insight Journeys, LLC to offer a safe and empowering mind-body medicine skills group where you can learn skills to help manage the responsibilities you carry. Each session is led by Anna Looney, a certified CMBM facilitator.

As a caregiver for a loved one who is at the end of life, it’s essential to also take care of yourself. Anyone supporting a vulnerable family member or friend is encouraged to participate. Each session will focus on proven self-care techniques to reduce tensions and fatigue and increase resilience.
