The cancer survivorship series is a free, in-person, 6-week course designed for cancer survivors to learn about a variety of survivorship topics in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each weekly session will be led by members of our multidisciplinary care team.

All course dates:

Week 1, Oct. 16: Group introduction.
Week 2, Oct. 23: Healing through art.
Week 3, Oct. 30: Managing stress, anxiety and fear.
Week 4, Nov. 6: Culinary medicine cooking class.
Week 5, Nov. 13: Body changes: Breathwork and movement.
Week 6, Nov. 20: Journeying forward.

We ask that participants attend all sessions to the best of their ability.
