Kurt Beachy, MS, ATC
Kurt is an athletic trainer with Samaritan Athletic Medicine with previous experience in high school and collegiate settings. Kurt has also served as an educator in athletic training academia. His current role is in the physician practice setting where he enjoys being part of a team that works collaboratively to provide a high level of care for patients.

Heather Elliott MS, ATC
Heather Elliott is currently a clinic athletic trainer at the Samaritan Athletic Medicine Center where she provides athletic training services to community patients as a physician extender. She also serves as a liaison between Oregon State University athletic training staff and Samaritan outreach athletic trainers to better support links between these sites and Samaritan providers. In this role, she collaborates with these sites to provide coverage when necessary and more efficient care delivery to a variety of patient populations.

Amy Evilsizer MS, ATC
Amy serves as the head athletic trainer at West Albany High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, and her Masters in Education from California State University. She has worked as an athletic trainer for over 23 years with 6 years as a physician extender and 8 years teaching, with experience across a spectrum of athletic levels including Division 1, Division 2, Junior College and High School. 

Addie Peters MS, ATC
Addie serves as the head athletic trainer at South Albany High School. She earned her bachelors of science degree in kinesiology at Oregon State University and her masters degree in athletic training from Montana State University. Her practice experience spans from the high school level through well as D1, D2, NAIA, and semi-professional levels. 

Taylor Schroeder, MAT, ATC
Taylor serves as the head athletic trainer at Crescent Valley High School (Corvallis, OR). Taylor earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Linfield College (now University) and her Master’s in Teaching from Western Oregon University. She has worked as an athletic trainer for 8 years in the high school setting while also teaching high school health and sports medicine for 5.5 years. Taylor also has athletic training experience working with athletes/individuals ages 5-18 with Youth Camps at Oregon State University.
