Sara specializes in pain management. She provides therapeutic pain neuroscience education, using graded motor imagery and integrating this with mindfulness and Pilates for patients with chronic pain. She is a certified STOTT Pilates Rehabilitation instructor on mat and reformer.

In her free time, she enjoys dancing, Pilates, yoga, hiking, fishing, gardening, knitting, reading, snowboarding and spending time with her family.
