Dr. Phull specializes in geriatric medicine, caring for patients aged 65 and older.

When working with patients, her approach prioritizes their autonomy and dignity. However, health care decision-making can grow increasingly complex as we age. To safeguard patient autonomy, it is essential to approach decisions with understanding, collaboration and empathy.

Dr. Phull’s late grandfather, a medical doctor serving rural villages across northern India, played a pivotal role in nurturing her passion for medicine from an early age. His life's journey and unwavering perseverance instilled in her a profound sense of purpose, inspiring her to follow a similar path.

During her medical training, the COVID-19 pandemic starkly highlighted the lack of medical and mental health resources available to vulnerable populations. This realization motivated her to pursue a geriatrics fellowship, driven to find ways to better assist the aging as they transitioned into the next stage of life.

In her leisure time, Dr. Phull enjoys a variety of activities. She loves researching and planning trips to new places around the world with her husband. She also explores local hikes and attends live music events in town. Additionally, she works out at the gym and spends time with her cat.
