Melissa McPherson, MSN, FNP

Melissa provides primary care to patients of all ages. She offers basic in-office procedures for skin and nails, as well as joint injections. Melissa has a special interest in preventive health care.

Her upbringing and volunteering at food banks and homeless shelters provided Melissa with perspective and inspired her career in health care. After working as a nurse in an outpatient clinic, she decided to become a family nurse practitioner to serve the community and help people on their health journeys.

Melissa believes that healthy habits begin within a family and her approach to care is inclusive of families.

Away from the office, she enjoys searching local yarn shops and fiber-arts venues, knitting and exploring the area with her family and dogs.
