Anne Harrison, LCSW

Anne is a licensed clinical social worker providing behavioral health care to patients of Samaritan Health Center – Newport and Samaritan Toledo Clinic. She offers trauma-informed care.

After serving as a U.S. Army combat medic, Anne realized there were too few resources offering mental health care. Her personal experience inspired her to become a mental health provider.

Her travels and military service have exposed her to many different cultures and ways of life and helped her to become a sensitive and empathetic therapist.

Anne grew up in Newport and she still helps on her family’s farm. She values teamwork and camaraderie.

Away from the office, she enjoys scuba diving and other outdoor activities, cooking and baking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family and pets.
