Patricia Garrick, LPC

Tricia is a licensed professional counselor specializing in treating trauma and substance abuse issues, working primarily at Samaritan Waldport Clinic. She is also certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, known as EMDR.

As a young person, she was inspired to become a counselor after a counselor made a significant impact on her life, and in middle school, she had the opportunity to be a peer mentor. As she grew older, she developed a passion for substance abuse treatment, driven by a desire to address the root problems she encountered in her own life.

Away from the office, Tricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, being in or near the water, traveling and reading.
