Samaritan Health Services offers financial assistance options to help pay for medical expenses.

You may contact Patient Financial Services and we will provide you with an itemization of your charges. Call us at 541-768-4392 or 800-640-5339. You may also view and download a detailed, itemized bill from your MyChart patient portal.
Some physicians (including radiologists, anesthesiologists, Emergency Department physicians and others) who provide services to you at an Samaritan-affiliated hospital may not be employed by Samaritan. Fees charged by these physicians are billed separately by their office. If you have questions about these bills, please call the phone number listed on that statement.
Payments can be made at the registration desk at any Samaritan hospital or clinic.
Samaritan Health Services uses a guarantor billing system, which allows for multiple visits to be listed on one statement.
Payment for services received at Samaritan Health Services facilities can be made in the MyChart patient portal, even if you do not have a MyChart account. Payments in MyChart can be made with a major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account.
You may pay any amount toward the balance due on your account; however our payment policy only allows up to three months to pay the balance in full.
