Samaritan Welcomes Pediatrician Seth Williams, MD January 14, 2022 Play Video Seth Williams, MD, has joined Samaritan Pediatrics. He provides a full range of health care for children from birth through age 18. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University and a medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine. He completed residency training at University of California San Francisco. From a young age, Dr. Williams felt deeply for the suffering of others. “I wanted to be a part of healing and supporting others in times of need,” he said. Dr. Williams grew up near Lebanon and attended school in Albany and Portland. He chose Samaritan because he wanted to reconnect with his roots. “I was born and raised in the mid-Willamette Valley,” he said. “I am coming home.” He and his husband have two children and a large extended family living in the area. “It was time for my family to find community again,” he said. “I look forward to caring for those in my family and in the community who once cared for me.” Away from the office, Dr. Williams enjoys being outside, gardening, building, creating and exploring.
